Change Your Password

The password you receive orignally is randomly generated by the DELVIN system. It is not necessarily one that is easy to remember. For this reason, or if you are concerned that your password security has been compromised, you will need to change your password to one that is private and easy for you to remember.

To change your password:

  1. Login to DELVIN.
  2. Choose "My Account Settings" from the Menu Options at the top of the screen.
  3. Click the "Edit My Details" button.
  4. Create a new password that has at least 6 and no more than 10 characters and type it into both password fields.
  5. Click "Save My Details".

This is also the screen when you can update your email address or phone numbers, should they change. It is very important that your email address is current, because this is how you will receive updates to changes in the status of your Time Away requests.
